- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2020-01-07, by Daneill WhiteVery unprofessional. Receptionist worried about personal problems and informing us of them (phone disconnected, buying a home, ect.) Dropped our car off at 1pm for an oil change. Receptionist entered our car under a completely wrong name. So at 3pm we called wondering where our car was. Got the run around for 15 mins on the phone. Went to the store only to be told the car has been done for quite a while and because they put it under wrong info they didn't phone us. Wont be returning here.
